1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Items that are customised, marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-returnable" cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at info@ballinaslaneycrafts.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, along with the detail of the desired item(s).

Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we recommend contacting us to check if the desired item is in stock.

If the desired item is in stock, we can reserve it for you, while we await the return.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when reaching out to us for a quicker resolution.
5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return the item(s) using the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure your item(s) are returned safely.
7. Late Returns
If more than 30 days have passed since your order's delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped, and returns will follow the standard procedure.
